Founded and led by Ursurla Shelton, a licensed esthetician and cosmetologist with decades of experience, Shear Elegance began as a vision to bring high-quality, customized skin and beauty care to the community here in Indianapolis. Ursurla’s journey into skincare started at a young age and blossomed into a career rooted in education, empathy, and excellence. Today, she continues to lead our team with passion, skill, and a commitment to helping every guest look and feel their best.
