Ursurla Shelton
Founder
Ursurla Shelton, the proud owner of Shear Elegance Day/Beauty Spa has been in the beauty industry for 33 years. Ursurla grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she attended The Academy of Hair Care and Fuqua Beauty Institute. There she received her cosmetology and esthetician license. Ursurla is also certified in makeup artistry, multicultural skin care, oncology skin therapy, and dermaplane. Ursurla is also a member of the Associated Skin Care Professional and the Associated Hair Care Professional. Ursula loves what she does and loves helping people feel at their best! Ursurla Shelton is also the founder of the Indiana Esthetician Association.
